MLKJEWELS “Guess Our Next Colourway” Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is MLKJEWELS (“Promoter”).

2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and immediate family members of the Promoter.

3. The promotion commences when the promotional TikTok video is published and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 5 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

4. To enter, participants must comment their guess for the next colourway in the MLKJEWELS Petite Crystal Chain collection on the designated promotional TikTok video during the Promotion Period.

5. No purchase is necessary. Only one guess per person and TikTok account will be accepted. If multiple guesses are submitted, only the entrant’s first comment will be considered.

6. The winner will be the first eligible entrant to correctly identify the new colourway, determined according to the timestamp displayed by TikTok. Reasonable spelling variations may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion, provided the intended colour is clear.

7. Edited comments, deleted comments, duplicate entries, entries posted outside the designated TikTok video, or entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be valid. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are delayed, hidden, removed or incorrectly timestamped by TikTok.

8. If two or more correct entries display the same timestamp, the Promoter will determine the winner based on the order in which the comments appear within its TikTok account. The Promoter’s decision is final.

9. The winner will receive one piece of their choice from the Petite Crystal Chain collection, subject to availability at the time the prize is claimed. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or substituted by the winner.

10. Standard Australian delivery of the prize is included. Any additional delivery costs or requests will be the responsibility of the winner.

11. The winner will be announced and contacted through the official MLKJEWELS TikTok account or email within two business days of the promotion closing. The winner must respond within 48 hours and provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize.

12. If the winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize may be offered to the next eligible entrant who submitted the correct answer.

13. By entering, participants agree that their TikTok username and entry may be shared by MLKJEWELS when announcing or promoting the winner.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple or fraudulent accounts, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

15. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

16. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok. Entrants release TikTok from any responsibility relating to the promotion.

17. Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion and deliver the prize in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy practices.

18. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
